Put in an online order this evening. Paid and drive to the location to pick up the food. I was surprised to find that the restaurant was closed with lights off. There was no sign on the door and nothing online indicates that the store was or was going to be closed. I am more upset that I had to spend money and not get anything that evening. If this location was going to be closed despite having a sign that says open every day 11p-12a, they should be doing their due diligence to inform the public. Not a good look. When is 35 minutes couldn't even get a seat and it was almost nobody in there we finally got up and left after 35 minutes

Never made it to a table. Waited ten minutes, server finally came and told us they were short handed, would be at least 10 more minutes. Lots of empty tables. We left.

I decided to order out this evening and ordered from Applebee's in Xenia Ohio, I placed my order online for an in-store pickup, I arrived three minutes before pickup timer and in-store was told it was going to be another five to ten minutes, I paid for my order with a tip and left, when arriving home my food order was not completed to order, I ordered the garlic green beans instead of the garlic mashed potatoes and still got the garlic mashed potatoes, overall the food was good.
