Placed an order through Uber Eats. The restaurant handed my food to some random person without even checking who it belonged to. When asked to simply remake the order, they refused and told me to cancel and reorder. That’s lazy and unacceptable. Why should the customer jump through hoops because your staff can’t manage basic order handling? The driver waited, I waited, and they couldn’t be bothered to fix their own mistake.
Service and food are good. But the program they offer just suck, since there was nothing to enter my information. It's a scam
