Came in to order a to go order as of April 27th, I had a coupon code for a free appetizer, while I was unaware you had to spend 15$ or more to earn the free appetizer. The waitress/manager I don't remember their names but they were very helpful in my situation. They were willing to drop the original price down of the appetizer by taking 6 dollars off, when I told them I'll pass. I am more than happy with their service and staff thank you

My recent visit to Applebee’s was a bit underwhelming, despite the staff's polite intentions. My waitress was generally attentive, though there were a few disorganized moments. For example, she had to return shortly after taking my order to double-check how I wanted my ribeye cooked (medium-well). I didn't mind this at all—distractions happen, and it's just part of life. Did curbside pick up. Jessica B is awesome! She knows people by name and gets your food out fast! She’s pleasant and is great at customer service!

It's like they got my food horribly prepared on purpose. A small piece of salmon and the broccoli salty as hell. Don't come here.
