We went in for lunch for French onion soup. They had an all you can eat special so it was very crowded and service slow. It looked to be understaffed. They did get our soup hot. I'm usually very satisfied with the F.O. soup, and was not disappointed in the flavor. It seemed to have less onion and broth since the last time I had it elsewhere. Went here with my family and was harassed about the All you can eat special they were having.... heaven for bid I share some of my food with my 7 year old child. Flat ridiculous how we were treated here. There's a reason we never come here it's been years and definitely won't be returning. Not to mention it was so damn cold we were literally miserable the whole time
This was the worst meal we had in a long time. The food was fair. The service was lousy!!!!! Our order was screwed up more than once! We will not be returning to the Joplin location!
