All was great
Very disappointing experience at the Applebee’s on Montano location on April 9. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but service was slow and inattentive. I waited 20 minutes for a drink and received the wrong one, and when I mentioned it, the server insisted it was correct. My ribs came out completely charred and tough—inedible. While the meal was removed from the bill, the overall experience was frustrating.
