I've been to this chain several times and this was by far the most disappointed I've ever been. I ordered a burbon double, was charged for a double, but was clearly given a slightly larger than usual single. Each interaction I had was with a different staff member. There was no personal touch. This wasn't staff's fault. It was clearly the way the place was supposed to run. My meal was so small! McDonald's or burger King makes bigger burgers than this. Good family food. I had the my favorite mushroom burger, wife had her favorite salad and grandson had Mac and cheese. Nice evening
I just started coming into the federal way Applebee's. I started going to the Renton Applebee's because that is where I'm from. I was pleasantly surprised how great the Federal Way Applebee's is! James is such a great employee! He is very attentive and sweet. I never had to wait for anything.
