Brianna is an absolute gem! Their service was impeccable, always attentive and friendly. They made our dining experience truly special!
Great food, but false advertising. I regularly come here(normally to go) and always get the garlic mashed potatoes. However, only twice over the past 4 months is there actually garlic in the mashed potatoes. Most of the time, the chicken is overcooked and tough. Would recommend only eating in person to ensure quality of food.
In an unkind world, it was so refreshing to deal with these friendly, upbeat ladies at Applebee’s Adrian!!!!!! Stacy was just a breath of fresh air, as she was a kind and professional manager! Trina was so nice and fun!!! Other staff, such as the bartender (whose name I do not know) were also so nice and attentive! Food was delish! These ladies are doing a great job! Customer Service the way it should be
