Update: received a refund, so at least the customer service is decent. Absolutely terrible. Placed a to go order through the website and waited in the restaurant lobby for over 15 minutes after the order pickup time. My husband and I were in a hurry, so I didn't look too closely at the food. Place was a little busy, but not overly crowded…about what you’d expect a little after the typical dinner hour. Service was excellent, and so was the food.
