Where can I start but obviously with our Service Jai- Lei is a incredible person all the way around. She is so friendly,welcoming, attentive always on point with our drinks and food. I really love that she remembers so many people by name not only by face and to me and my family that speaks so highly of her and who she is as a person. SP Applebee's you have a great person there so keep her that makes a business.
Jai-Lei is the best server! Always kind and very quick service, she knows exactly what drink I get everytime I come in and is always very talkative with her customers, we’ve never had any issues with her as a server and across all of our restaurants she is our favorite waitress ever!! Definitely someone we look forward to seeing and we always request for her when we go! Jai-Lei PLEASE never leave Applebees!!!!
Jay is nice hard worker and cool. I've been coming here since was built here. Atmosphere is always nice.
