After seeing the commercials for the O-M-Cheeseburger, we stopped in Applebee's in Front Royal on our way thru Saturday. Order was taken immediately and the food came out hot with the cheese bubbling on the side of the plate they use. When we picked the burger up, it was stuck to the plate and the cheese burnt to the bottom of the plate. After pulling part of the bread off the sandwich, we ate it. I ordered my burger medium rare came out well. The bartender never checked on us to ask us how our food was,In fact, didn't even give us silverware.We had to ask for that. Also had to ask for mustard and ketchup. Again, no one asks us how our food was or if we needed anything. I apologize to my friend for bringing him there. I'm not likely I'll be back.

Service was great. The food was ok. We ordered a Mac n cheese and it was like a dessert. Very sweet. Not sure what happened there. Definitely nothing to brag about.
I love the restaurant’s warm color scheme, which makes it very cozy, especially in this cold weather. Today I came with hubby, a veteran for a free lunch. His meal portion was quite small though. But my order turned out really good with a large portion. The grilled chicken was very juicy and tender! Loved it!
