Very impressed by our server named Dawn. She was working in a very busy section by herself, but managed to get everybody their food in a timely manner. Great job, Dawn!
July 08 2026 - I did not receive all items in my order, with no warning or replacement, yet was billed for everything. The staff, and then the manager have been extremely incompetent – when contacted, they implied that them forgetting to tell me that they are out of green beans was somehow my own fault, and to make this right, they could only offer me to immediately place another order with a 15% discount. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an Applebee’s. We came in, sat at the bar, and waited over 10 minutes without anyone taking our order or even acknowledging us. We decided to speak with Lee and asked if we could get a table. We also politely asked her to let our server know that we were ready to order because we were very hungry. She said she would. Food was great love the 15.99 option unlimited refills. Service was good super packed so it took forever for food .
