So last week I had made a 3 star review, I was missing my mushrooms for my steak, and my other meals had about 7 fries in each meal. I wasn't expecting a response really, but the manager here reached out to me and made a credit for my next order, which was today. The food was perfect, super happy with their customer service. Everything was absolutely incredible other than the seats are really uncomfortable. My bottom is actually sore from sitting in a broken booth. BUT everything else was immaculate. My serger was Melinda and she was a GEM. She was so friendly, so attentive, and chill as could be!! My food was so amazing. Hot and fresh!!
