Well, after sitting there for almost 10 minutes, I remembered why I hadn't gone to this chain of restaurants for the longest time. Every time I've gone to an Applebee's, I've had the worst of luck. It took 15 to 20 minutes for us to get someone to ask us about wanting something to drink. And that was because I asked them who was our waiter or waitress. We're Jehovah’s Witnesses, and we had a special event this evening known as the Memorial. We called ahead to let them know that they were gonna have a lot of huge parties coming. They did awesome. The hostess did a great job sitting everyone. The waitress did an awesome job as well. You saw everyone working together. They did an amazing job. I definitely recommend this place.

Ordered to go and went inside to pick it up. I noticed the waitress on the phone helping customers and touching her computer as well as her face. She then walks to my food order in the back and grabs my fries with her bare hands. I told the manager and he gave me a coupon for my “next visit”
