Applebees is our place we usually go and the only reason I'm going with 4 stars is past experiences, and I know last night had to have been a fluke, so we will go back, but anymore nights like last night and we won't. Our chips were stale and gross couldn't even eat them, took our dips home to use our tortilla chips at home. I mentioned it to our waitress, no apology and no offer to make it right.
