I’d rather starve than to ever go back to this place. Service was horrible and food was worse. Hostess was nice.
The manager here, Laura, is extremely rude and should not be in any type of customer or hospitality environment. The food was horrible and her sarcastic comments and eye rolls showed how much she cares.
Update: Over a week later and no response to the complaint or the reply on the review. Applebees doesn’t care about the customer experience. Steer clear. Original: This location should be shut down. Management doesn’t care about the customers, rude, and condescending. Then when you confront them about their poor management style and rudeness, they tell you not to come back or you will be trespassed.
