Sadly I wish I could say good things. However, from time we were seated to the time we had our food was over an hour. They were not even that busy. Understand they were having technical issues but they did not communicate or even keep up on drinks. We most likely won't be back. I suggest Applebee's examine this location quite closely.
slowest place in town that I’ve seen so far, out of several things, cold food, and not a friendly staff at all. Waited 15 minutes just for someone to seat me and my girlfriend..there were 3 families in there. So I thought, maybe they’re short staffed. Until I saw about 6 different people walk out of the kitchen at the same time. They all saw us, and turned around. The whole front of the house had a greasy floor. Probably using a back of house mop. Not good. Big turn off for me.
Ordered bone-in wings and a quesadilla burger after 30 minutes they called us and said they only have five bone-in wings and that it would take at least another 20 minutes to complete the order, at this point we were already at the restaurant and when I received the order the bone-in wings that I received must have been left in the fryer since yesterday due to a food allergy the bone-in wings are all I can eat but apparently not tonight the staff seems to be completely inept and aggravated by everything including air I mysel... read more
