We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the service and food tonight. We hadn't eaten here in over 2 years because the service had really gone down. Glad we stopped in. The ribs were delicious and the burgers were huge!!
I came in on a Monday evening to have dinner and sat at the bar.. My first experience was waiting for someone to show up behind the bar. About 3-4 minutes later a bartender did appear and greeted me. She took my drink order and then I gave her my dinner order. It literally took 37 minutes for a simple chicken and shrimp dinner to get served to me. As I observed the operation of things, I could clearly see that this wasn’t a well ran operation. I can see why Applebees struggles as a company. Do better!
Olivia was our waitress today, and she was super helpful, friendly and a great waitress! Food was very good!
