Herbert was wonderful. He’s the manager Hannah is wonderful. Also she’s the server she served me my food tonight yesterday they had an influx of orders on DoorDash so they messed up my order and fix everything today. Thanks for being kind. Waiter seemed drunk. Watched two other tables get our food before ours. They served half of our table food, then forgot about the other half. Found a hair on my salad. Found paper in the burger. Waiter ignored us and walked away when we tried to ask for something
The service at this location was impeccable. I was Immediately greeting by Heather who has the most bubbly personality. She was personable, polite and professional. The 3 P’s 🥰. Every employee that gave me eye contact spoke and inquired whether I was doing alright. The food was presentational and tasty. My 1 and only complaint was I ordered the burger medium but it was prepared well done. Either way it was tasty. I ordered medium in case I didn’t eat it all and needed to reheat.
