I got the lunch special salad and fiesta wrap, and my salad was wilted and had mold in it. I let the waitress know and ask for my meal to be discounted and she told me that they would just make me another salad. And didn't bother to take that old moldy thing off my table. When she brought me the new salad I pushed the old one at her and gave her a look of discernment, and she said nothing and still left the old moldy salad in front of me.
