I recently experienced a disappointing curbside pickup order at the Elgin location. I placed an order for a rib dinner and tortilla soup and arrived for pickup at 6:54 PM. While my arrival was acknowledged, staff did not approach the vehicle to confirm or assist with the order. After approximately ten minutes, other customers were assisted more promptly, and I ended up waiting 15 to 20 minutes before receiving my order, which arrived lukewarm. Our server, Olivia was outstanding! She was attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. In addition, the portions were large for the price. Everything was hot, so it was prepared immediately after we gave Olivia our order. I would definitely go back for lunch or dinner as soon as it's possible
Went on Saturday early evening, the waiter was great no doubt but our dishes were not on mark , chicken wings had a back state , burger with fries were very salty, the Cesar dressing on the salad was not good very sour and the margarita drink had zero alcohol in it with that said not going back!
