Their new manager has the worst customer service ever. I’ve been a chef for 13 years and now a food broker. They served us a drink with a dirty glass. Several particles from someone’s last drink. My girlfriend went and took the drink to the bar and asked for a new one. Instead of comping that drink. They comped it but also added a 3rd drink and we were required to pay for it. After arguing with the manager for 15 minutes she decided to comp the whole meal I’ll never be back
Me and my wife used to go every Friday. The food you get for the price is a great deal we usally get the 2 for 25 options. We usally go during happy hour and half off apps as well. We sit at the bar normally and get fantastic service. We usally get the bar tender mia who is absolutely wonderful! I never had a bad experience with her or any other staff there! Went for dinner After being seated, sat there for over 10 minutes no one else came to offer even a drink Not even very busy We got up and left, That was the second time that happened Should have know better, went to a restaurant down the road to a much better experience!
We were on our way back from the airport and we're exhausted and hungry. Thank God they were open and were very efficient. We ate and we're back on the road within an hour. We are very pleased with our visit there.
