It's been years since I've eaten at Applebee's but actually happy I did... The team at the LaPlate location was outstanding!!! From the host to my waitress, even the manager was speedy & polite! I have not experienced this level of service is years...unfortunately the "customer service industry" has not been up to par frankly nobody cares about their jobs... especially after C-19! However I was truly happy and impressed by the entire front team from the moment I walked in, even my compliant about my food was handled nicely! ... read more
Food was good. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good wait times were a bit long.
Server was very nice but not complete with explanations. Food was just okay.
