Absolutely awful experience yesterdays. Several months ago, I had a bad experience here with their French dip sandwich, where the meat was cooked into inedible shoe leather and I waited an hour just to receive my food in an empty restaurant. Yesterday I decided to give them another chance, as texas roadhouse was packed. Service was good, Ryleigh(unsure of spelling) was fantastic, but when I received my sweet and spicy chicken sandwich, the inside was raw and crunchy.
