Service was slow, did not seem overly busy so I expected better faster service. Food was alright, atmosphere was soft which made a comfort to interactions with those seated at the table.
To me Applebee's is nostalgic, back in the day as a bartender there in college (different city), it was at it's height. The vibe today is similar, decor is trademarked, but the food and presention are lesser quality.
Worst service. No manager visible. Food overcooked
Came here for dinner with my boyfriend and his friend. We probably waited 10-15 minutes before being seated, but I also noticed so many tables with people gone and not cleared/cleaned off. Ordered some drinks and some apps. Got appetizers with plates but no napkins or silverware. Kind of need those to eat lol. I ordered their chicken Alfredo pasta without the chicken and ended up getting 2 sides of their 3 cheese Mac and cheese instead. Not what I ordered.
