Close this dump. We waited 10 minutes and never even got water. Then two waitresses stood next to us trying to figure out who's table it was. We got up and walked out. Eff Applebee's!
Well, felt rushed the whole time , I want to sit down and have dinner after driving 1600 miles for a reunion. Not be asked if I need help or don't understand the menu.
I had a small issue with my pasta—I initially mistook the peppers for tomatoes. When I brought it up, the manager, Shilo, handled the situation quickly and professionally. The remake was served fast, hot, and perfect. Huge shoutout to Shilo for providing outstanding service and making the experience so positive. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Went with my young toddler for lunch today, something we rarely do, I was so excited to get the 4 cheese Mac and cheese with honey tenders. Our server was friendly and attentive, no issues there. When the food came my dish was almost cold, more like room temp but definitely not hot. The tenders were not even fully covered in the honey and the sauce on the pasta was super liquid like and not even mixed. My son got the kids quesadilla, that was good, he ate all of it.
