I usually always have a great experience with carry out, except for tonight. I placed my order for pick up immediately, 8:56 PM was my pick up time. I get there at 8:57 and walk in, it started off with multiple employees walking by and no one asking what I needed, I waited about 5 minutes before anyone helped me. Once I received help, I was told my food would still be another 10 minutes... it was already 5 minutes past my pick up time, when I finally received my food and got home, everything was COLD! Our server was great and was very friendly. Unfortunately the food quality was a little subpar.
They use to give a 10% senior discount or aarp discount but no more, seniors be ware I and my wife will not be going back anymore, over the years we loved Applebee'sbut it no longer is senior friendly.
