Steak was not cooked right and by the time the recooked steak came back out at least 20min pasted! Good thing I dont live by this restaurant cuz I definitely would not go back! Service was another bad experience! Manger took off 25% big deal! Shouldn't leave dinner hungry!
Was a nice meal, the reason for only 3 stars for service is the lack of staff. Food was great, every one there was nice, but they only had 2 servers and 1 cook on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant was almost empty because they were only seating what they had the ability to accommodate. We were a party of 7, and the food took a lot longer than usual, but was understandable with the limitations on the staff.
My husband and I hadn't been to Applebee's in a long time and decided that it was time to go since the food was never a disappointment. The food wasn't good don't order the boneless wings with the classic wing sauce! Horrible! Service was just ok. My dinner was ribs. Very tough. Needless to say we will not be returning. Oh, the regular salad was good if that's all your going for. Also...the ladies room smelled horrible!
We waited over an hour for our food. I do understand they were short handed and they did the best they could with as many customers they had
