Sunday night we arrived around 10 and a worker who had just clocked out came over to sit us as soon as she saw us and was super nice! She even went to notify our server to limit any delay (I wish I got her name!!). Our server for the night was Jennifer, she was nice and super patient as our group was having a reunion of sorts (our first get together in over a year!) and didn't rush us even though we stayed until 30 minutes to close. I hate to be that person but I was here earlier and was disgusted. Our server was setting out clean plates, passing out food and drinks all while blowing her nose right on the side of us. She never left to wash her hands. I didn't want to to cause a scene because it was getting busy. We threw all of our food away when we got home.
Worst experience ever!! Food was cold,missing and not even made. Server was beyond rude! Manager was very nice and tried to rectify the horrible situation.
I have NEVER had a bad meal from here until today!!! Food didn't look like the pic..I ordered the 4 cheese Mac with honey hot tenders...pasta was dry around the edges...the cheese sauce non existent and portions of tenders were disappointing (3 small ones) I think was super hungry and needed to take my medicine....so disappointed... I will NOT be coming back anytime soon
Our Waitress Was Jenny, And She Is THA SHIZ-NY-EE‼️LOVE 💖 Her Energy And She Made Sure That We Had Any And Everything That We Needed To Help Us Celebrate My Neighbors 3yr Old.
