My boyfriend took me out for lunch for my birthday (today) and the place was dirty the food was disgusting and the waiter seemed like she was arguing with someone on her phone she seemed aggravated and got a little rude with us but once she saw the look on my face she very quickly changed her attitude. We were so disgusted we couldn't eat our food and we ended up leaving. We did pay her a tip but she didn't deserve one from us. We won't be back do better Applebee's $66 was wasted
This was the dirtiest Applebees I have ever been in. From the floors to the booth backs, black grimey build up. My salad was even served to me in a dirty bowl, and when I pointed it out the manager (maybe that is her role she seemed in charge?) said "Oops! That's from my hand, I will get you a different one." Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, and our food was exactly what we ordered. <3

Place was dirty. Food was cold after we waited forever. Service was ridiculously slow and gross- like hadn’t seen a bar of soap in ages. I knew Applebees was a mistake but this was a fail even for low expectations.
