JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The service is outright terrible. I thought maybe a takeout order would avoid the chaos, but it was pointless. My husband went in to get our food and sat in the dark for 10 minutes before he had to turn the light on in the waiting room the girl finally came out to hand us the food—after all that, they still forgot our dessert, so I had to go back inside. I LOVE some good southern hospitality. When I walked in, the lady walking toward the kitchen greeted me across the restaurant. I sat at the bar, and the bartender came out of the kitchen greeting me. “How you doin, baby” “What can I get for you, love?” There’s nothing like good customer service in the south. The staff were also very nice to each other. The atmosphere was very pleasant. Music wasn’t too loud and it was CLEAN.
We waiting more than 10 minutes to get served and the food was cold, there was only one person waiting on tables for a weekend some guy came up to my table and he taken are order and taken forever to bring are drinks and food. I have gave this location chance after chance but last time was the straw. I will never return it this location again. The service was decent but the issue I had was the to go order I placed. I ordered the new chicken and sausage pasta I decided to check the food before I left, I look in the bag and saw that there was no chicken in this pasta dish.
