Was denied a seat away from the bar because it’s “close to closing time” it’s 9 pm and they close at midnight. Management provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Waited around with my kids for a plain no. Gladly took my business elsewhere.
Lord save your $. I know it's applebees but seriously. The children sandwich I ordered was a slab of dry chicken and half of tomato slice. Bone dry even though menu states otherwise. When i mentioned to the bartender she laughed. I asked her to please not laugh at me. This was a first. $15;sandwich and this.
Ordered the all you can eat shrimp and chicken strips. Cocktail sauce did not taste right. I asked for a replacement. Server said it would come from the same batch. I ordered the classic BBQ sauce for the chicken strips. Server brought me one hot honey and one ranch. The hot honey was too spicy for me to eat. Not impressed.
