As someone shut up who has been in the hospitality for 25 years. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The Bartender was overwhelmed and rude. We kept getting overlooked and weren’t allowed to order for 32 minutes. The spinach dip taste like it is straight from a frozen plastic bag. It’s truly disgusting. We had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. It took 40 minutes to place our order. Then another 30 minutes to get our food. My food was burned and not what I ordered. I asked to take it back and take off my ticket, then that took 15 minutes to get receipt to pay. This was the worst experience we have ever encountered at any restaurant.
Place wasn’t busy on Sunday 7/6, service was sub par. Waited for drinks, ribs were chewy not fall off the bone ribs, check was given to us while we were still eating. Was given a pencil to sign charge slip, that’s a first . Was that for tip amount to be erased ? Know wonder many of your restaurants are closing down .
Me and my family arrived and were told at the door that they could not serve a party of 11. Turned down service to a pregnant women. Horrible. Meanwhile, the place was full of customers.
We found this place off the highway as we were driving. We walked in and asked to sit at a high top in the bar area. The place was empty. The host who said we could not because he had to have us where his seating was allowing us to be. So he sat us in a booth and then no one came over to even ask us if we wanted drinks.
