Stopped into the Applebee’s in Belleville and had an outstanding experience thanks to John Z. behind the bar. From the moment I sat down, he was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. I come to this Applebees at least 3 times a week, love the service every time I’m there! Managers Jason, Steven, David, love them Cayla, Kaylee, Dai, Hanna, John, Sherry and don’t forget Mark the kitchen manager!! These are the ones that make my experience an enjoyable time every time I come for over 20 years now!! Love my Applebees crew! Sunni love you guys
I had a great experience when I came here, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food was great, my husband and I always split the dinner for two and our kids get their usual of the kids menu. As for the atmosphere, it would have been better if there weren't two games going on and it was very loud in the restaurant, I know that's not the staffs fault by any means but I wish there was a separate section for families that didn't have to deal with the loud crowd. 1. We walked in, there was no one there because ALL THE STAFF were singing happy birthday to a customer. Was it pleasant? Yes. Was it inefficient? Absolutely!! 2. We were seated after that, waited 10 minutes to be finally seen. Due to my Out of state ID, the waitress had to take my ID "to the back" for verification. Last week me and my son went there to get something to eat and his food was disgusting and dry, my food was okay but I won't be going back.
