Hanna is the best! Her customer service is top notch!! She is so friendly and kind and It was probably the best service we've had in a very long time.
Came in the other day for a quick meal and had Hanna as a server, she was the best! I don't normally leave reviews but she made my week! she was so upbeat and full of sunshine and she made us laugh so much. Our food was good and she made sure to check on us often and keep our drinks flowing. Highly recommend, she made the dining experience so much more enjoyable.
Mostly an average Applebee’s experience but our waitress Hanna knocked it out of the park. She was attentive and all of our stuff came out perfect (and I make a lot of adjustments to my food). Phenomenal service.
