We had such a great experience thanks to our waiter, Zay! Even though he was extremely busy, he stayed attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect for our table. Our order came out exactly right, and he checked in on us consistently without ever making us feel rushed. You can tell he truly cares about providing great service. We really appreciated his hard work and positive attitude—he made our visit so much better!
Was seated and no server came over for 5 minutes to take any drinks..manager finally came over and said someone will be right with you, another 5 minutes passes by, still no one came over. This was a Thursday at 8pm. Went across the road to Texas Roadhouse, got seated and served with drinks in less than 3 minutes, and Texas Roadhouse was busier!
