Food was refrigerator cold in the middle.
Food seemed fresh and was served hot. We ate at the bar and the bartender was very attentive.
Had the steak platter and the platter was so hot I couldn't even eat the food right away! By the time I got to eat the steak was over done. The wife had southwest salad and some of the lettuce was frozen. Both were very tasty but over done or frozen
Great food, service and experience at the Bismarck Applebees.
