I recently spoke with the owner thru this review panel about the cole slaw not being chopped up well since my husband had difficulty. The owner replied that their customer relations would get back with me. I did hear back from Robyn and she said that next time we order our dinner to just have our server tell the kitchen to chop it up a bit better for my husband. Maggie was an amazing server!! She was very knowledgeable, personable, and attentive. She was on top of it! Give that girl a raise!!! PS when are you getting your cheeseburger egg rolls back?
Horrible service didn't get seated for 10 minutes food was absolutely cold wings tossed around in a pan with cold sauce low quality cheese on my cesar salad walked into the kitchen accidentally looking for the bathroom and it definitely did not look clean the kitchen had a rancid smell to it with poor lighting I would trust a sketchy restaurant in the city than rather go here again. When I asked for a manager Robin's service was rude and made me feel like she didn't take her job seriously.
Food was luke warm
The food was delicious, and our server was so sweet, and did a great job. Barely any wait. Probably my favorite Applebee's
