Tasha was so incredibly inventive and personable. She made recommendations and made sure we were well taken care of and then some.

What has happened to this Applebee's??? We used to stop here after going to Marketplace Mall. We haven't been here since all the changes at the Mall. Stopped in yesterday for a few drinks and some appetizers on our way home. Wow! Just awful. We waited over 20 minutes for a drink that we ordered at the bar. Bar was sticky and had glasses and dishes leftover from lunchtime. Floor was dirty. Had some French fries and a used napkin along with copious amounts of dirt/mug. Food was about as meh as you'd expect but the service was prompt.
Ordered lemonade and instead got lemon flavored water. Ordered 8oz steak cooked medium. It came out rare. Sent steak back. It came out again, this time well done I gave up. Server was great
