Was there over 20 minutes, not crowded at all, could not get waited on. Staff was VERY rude. Will not go back
Haven’t been to an Applebees in a while due to bad experiences. This location seems better managed. The server and staff were great, they were friendly and we were greeted when we entered. Our server was honest when we were given plastic utensils until metal became available. Overall the location was clean for how busy it was and the bathrooms were well kept. My recent visit to Applebee's was a disappointing experience. The service was slow from the start, with a 20-minute wait to place our drink order. The cleanliness of the floor and tables was also lacking. Our waitress, Christy, provided poor service. The presentation of our food was unappealing when it finally arrived.
