I am a food and beverage director of a major marriott property, so you should understand that I do know what restaurants service should look like. You the owners should either close this location or fire the whole staff. I sat for 40 minutes with only 3 tables having any guests and not one time did any the servers or the manager approached our table. My family and I dined in today. When we came in the restaurant didn’t have a lot of people but it took about 10 minutes to get seated. When we finally got seated our sever canne and take drink orders but since it took her another 10 minutes to come get our drink orders we went ahead to order entrees as well. There were 7 of us and 5 of us ordered water and even that took 15 minutes to get water and we only got 4 cups not 5. Excellent food and service was outstanding! The new and improved menu is worth checking out, it had been several years since I'd been to an Applebee's, this visit made it worth it.
