This is very late review because I thought I had posted it earlier. First let me just say I enjoy eating and drinking at Applebee's..in Georgetown. The staff is amazing! Bartenders like Sommer are fabulous! The managers are always helping who ever needs it. Nick I see the most. I love Apple Bees on Route 1 Saugus MA. Great food and service.. Sometimes I just stop by for a couple appetizers and a beverage. My favorite waitress is Stephanie. She is always so pleasant and courteous.

Meal was cold. Bad attitude by management when I told them my food was cold and asked for a new meal. Don't recommend here.

Honestly, my kids and I only go here once a year for my kids' birthday. For whatever reason, is his favorite place. Not anymore. Since combining with IHop, it has significantly gone way downhill. More than half of the previous selections that were on the Applebee's menu have disappeared, leaving the customers to settle. The waitress was not attentive and a little rude. We hadn't eaten at Applebee's in quite a long time, but it was on our way home from a weekend trip; we were hungry and decided to try our luck. I'm so happy we did. I ordered a quesadilla burger which was nicely seasoned and juicy, a bit messy but different and rather fun to eat. My husband ordered the riblets and was pleasantly surprised at how tender and tasty they were. The service was excellent; we didn't feel rushed but instead felt well-taken-care of. Love the food and service is usually good but my wife and I have had to quit going. I miss it but can not stand to have the terrible music blaring at me while I'm trying to enjoy time with my wife and my food. It's out of hand. Used to go twice a month. Haven't been back for 3 months. No plans to return as there are better options for an enjoyable evening. Been nice knowing ya!

Visited on 2/14/26 at 5:30 pm, we ordered 2 steak dinners with salads, loaded potatoes, and broccoli. We asked for extra dressing, didn't get it, asked for the steak medium, it was raw and bloody, the loaded potatoes were cold. The bar tender was rude, 1st manager was rude, 2nd manager was rude. We will never eat at any Applebee's again. Texas Roadhouse has superior food, service, and prices.

This place has disgusting people that shouldn't be working at anybody restaurant the cook is a active member of the Bloods gang who made a threat to spit on a female employee there's sexual activity going on there inside bathroom and outside by the trashcan this happened last week here's a photo of the cook that's a active gang member I didn't know Applebee's franchise support gang activity they should be fired sad this employee asked a female employee if they wanted to finish sexual activity to go in the bathroom of Applebe... read more
