This Applebees has to be the worst. Waited 10 minutes to be seated after nobody showing up. Server walked past our table numerous times and said, “I’ll be right with you.” The server had 3 out of the 5 tables that had customers sitting at them. I’m not sure why 1 server is waiting the whole restaurant but it is absolutely ridiculous. This place has this issue every time we eat here and this will be our last. This location was very clean‼️🧹🫧🧼 The staff were extremely helpful‼️😊👌🏾👏🏾 & my food was perfectly prepared & tasted fantastic (I forgot to take a picture of it 😔)‼️🤗😋🙌🏾
Called in ahead to make sure I would arrive on time to eat. I arrived at 10:30 after I was told the kitchen would be accepting orders til 10:45. I ordered an uber and am standing outside, within the time frame I was quoted and am being told too bad. Guess I’ll just never come here. Horrible customer service to tell someone come on by then have the door locked on them before the quoted kitchen close time let alone the restaurant close time. the staff is very friendly and helpful. Happy hour is my go-to time to enjoy the delicious appetizers.
