Took forever to get the food The waitress was waiting on people behind us that she knew, they came in after us Burgers for overcooked I'll go to Chili's next time
Worst Applebee’s experience ever. The restaurant was dirty, and the lack of AC made it feel sticky and gross. Our server ignored us for the first 10 minutes, then only came back to drop off drinks. We had to flag her down just to get our check, and she treated us like we were an inconvenience. She wasn’t even busy—we could clearly see that. Just another restaurant in Chester that has completely gone downhill. Definitely won’t be back.
Everything was good...until we were about to leave. A BIG roach crawled across the bar. My co-workers and I told the bartender. Her response was yeah we just had a bug out. What the heck does that mean. That just made me want to vomit. We just ate our food here and your only response is that. I will not be visiting this particular Applebee's again, and the response was not at all what we expected to hear. That just turned our experience there not a great one at all!!!!!
