Food was not prepared appropriately...
No stars!!! Went there today for lunch. After standing in the front lobby for over 10 minutes we left! The sign was right in front that stated 2 managers were on duty. Where were they???? Not seating people or helping!!! We will NEVER be back
Terrible service, was seated first before the table after us but yet the server took their order first. Ordered appetizer and meal at the same time. Meal came first and never got our appetizer. Steak was cooked almost done when asked for medium, mashed potatoes were cold. Boyfriend ordered the same thing, his green beans were undercooked and cold. His steak was supposed to be medium but looked raw. The only thing good outcome was my drink. This wad my first and last time going there.
Michelle was an awesome hostes very attentive, pleasant, clear spoken and very friendly and bubbly. She is an asset to your company.
