I'm so pissed right now at applebees right now first when arriving was told it would be a 5 to 10 minutes wait no problem turns out to be 20 minutes.my husband and I both ordered all you can eat deal. I'm wanting the shrimps, husband chicken and rib guy. I got one plate of shrimp and when ordering the next was told there's no shrimp. The management came over said sorry and took of 8 bucks. they move VERY VERY slow the bigger the table the longer they take. ATTITUDES ARE POOR!!! NASTY BATHROOMS. NO SYRUP IN THE DRINKS. THEY NEED TO HIRE MORE EMPLOYEES STILL CURRENTLY WAITING ON MY FOOD AS WE SPEAK! 0/10

I dont normally leave bad reviews but I place my order online for curbside pickup. I got texted that my order was ready before arriving. When I arrived curbside was not available, no one answered the curbside call. I then had to go inside listen to an employee complaining about the person doing curbside isnt around in front of three other customer. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for my order to be ready.
