Went here with the hubi after a night out. Everything was good except the boneless wings. They were old from a broken freezer. The manager credited the ticket.
I understand being short-staffed, but the way you speak to customers makes all the difference. The lady at the door was very kind, but when she asked the woman behind the bar, her response and attitude were extremely unpleasant. She went on for about five minutes, which made the situation feel worse than it needed to be. They serve me a burnt burger. They serve me cold fries. They didn't even fill up my soda all the way to the top. They gave my wife noodles that weren't correctly cooked for her chicken parm. And my assist in-law was very upset with her noodles, also. The only person that was happy with their food was my brother-in-law. Christmas burglar was right
