Finally decided where we're eating for our birthday and they don't have a server at 8 o'clock pm and they close at 10 so maybe call ahead next time.. Not sure how corporate let's them get away with that...
My husband and I went last Friday. No hostess and not one of the two employees ever said a thing. We sat down ourselves. BIG mistake. The tables were sticky and covered in what i assume was syrup. No one even acknowledged us at all. We left and went somewhere else. We will not be back.
We had a great experience at Applebee’s. Our server Kourtney was amazing. We got our food in a timely manner and it was good. We will be coming back soon!
