My husband and I went yesterday for our date. Our server Jameka was wonderful and we were very pleased. Very attentive to us so when we return we will be asking for her. No offence to the others though. The food was hot and delicious. Kudos to her and this location. 😊

We arrived at Applebee’s in La Crosse around 9:30 PM on a Saturday night as a group of seven. The hostess did not give us any silverware, when she gave us the booth. The booth we were given was dirty and flies were flying around. Due to the time of night, we decided to stay since we were already there. I wanted to have a nice dinner break from traveling with my family and we stoped at this location when we ordered food we were waiting for our food for 3 hours, we kept reminding the staff about our food because other family's that came in got their food pretty fast, the staff kept ignoring us every time we tried to talk to them. “Terrible service and the place reeks! It’s definitely not a place to relax — the waitresses just make you mad. I waited an hour for my food, and then they told me they’d dropped it. When I asked for it to go, they still couldn’t get it done quickly. I’ve been here three times, and nothing ever changes!”
