My wife and I, stopped in for dinner and the service was great, but the food was NOT good, I had a chicken and pasta dish and the chicken was Luke warm on the outside and hot in the middle, the pasta was Luke warm and some of it was stiff and hard like it was sitting under a heat lamp, or microwaved. My wife's meal was Luke warm and flavorless. Applebee's has to do better. Very disappointed.
Server took our drink order and disappeared. Returned without our drinks to take our food order. Chef had to come out to confirm food order in the kitchen. Drinks show up and they're all wrong, and server drops 2 beers in front of a minor who had ordered iced tea. Wanted to leave before any food had arrived. Nothing was correct. Called the manager over and left after explaining how bod thing were and why.
Our server Nick was an absolute highlight of our visit and we'll worth the trip from Australia!
Ashley was a great server, very nice, fast service Nick was a funny guy! Made sure everyone was looked after made my first time at Applebee’s fun
Delicious food and our server Angie was GREAT!!!
