Not very pleasant, Our Louisville Applebees is hand down much better, The Lexington Applebees had such poor service and only ok food. should have been prepared for Mothers day, didn't even serve rolls! dirty dishes everwhere.
Took forever for server to come to our table. Drinks took forever. Servers who brought out our appetizers didn't even acknowledge us. i had the sirloin stir fry which was gross and had no sauce on it. Had to have server bring some. No one came by to ask how we were doing. My son's chicken mac and cheese didn't have the bacon on it and he didn't like it but I tasted it and it was fine.
