The board of health should shut this place down. Dirty tables, menus, seats and floors. The blinds are hanging at the tables are so gross. The food was cold, service slow and three tables surrounding me were not bussed in the 80 minutes I was there.
Worst place I have ever been, hands down. Not only is the staff rude (whom I still tipped 25%), but their food is aweful...I will give my business to Texas Roadhouse or Longhorn or Olive Garden ANY DAY before I ever go back here again...TRUTH...
We keep giving Applebee's another try and each time we are so disappointed. My $12.49 pasta had 4 pieces of chicken maybe 1.2 inches in length and I had to ask for more sauce since it was so dry. I basically had elbow macaroni with next to no chicken.Three strikes and they are ou!!! My wife's meal did not look anything like the picture, no tomato, no green pepper and 1 very skinny onion, steak for $13.49. How do they stay in business??
Absolutely the worst Applebee's ever. I've tried to give this location a chance 4 times & have always left disappointed. The food has never been up to par and the service is horrible. My last visit I got the pick n pair lunch (oriental chicken salad and three cheese chicken penne pasta). They left the chicken off of my salad and pasta. When I asked for the chicken I was told I didn't order it with chicken. (Really??? It even has chicken in its name!) Finally they brought it out 20 mins later. We normally have a great experience at this Applebee's, but tonight we did not enjoy ourselves. First the spoon that was in my sons mac and cheese was dirty. It looked like there was spinach or something on it. They brought him another plate. Then there was a hair in my soup! Yuck!! The waitress offered to bring me another but I declined. We were also offered a free dessert for our troubles. She did take it off the bill. The waitress was nice, but seems like there were some issues in the kitchen.
Just got back from Newnan location. We asked about the 9.99 specials you have posted right here on your page. Couldnt find it on your menu in the store. The waitress acted like a deer in the headlights when we asked, and finally said its been discontinued. Service was extremely slow. Never were offered a refill on our drinks. Took 10 min to get check and leave. What do you people do when you are busy?? Wont be back.
Horrible service, food and management. I'd rather eat at the Arby's next door than here again
