sucks to work here this review is to help the community understand how unsanitary this restraunt is, how they get away with it and ways to prevent getting sick. Trash is everywhere in the kitchen, food is touched with hands not wearing gloves by cooks, expo, managers and servers. we always ran out of stuff and had to make it as we cooked so it was never measured, steaks are pressed and chicken are pre cooked to ensure faster cook times, the grease in the fryers were always black.. i mean i can go on and on and is not like ev... read more
garbage Food was cold (chicken penne alfreado), service was slow, managers were no help, bathroom was nasty, employees texting on their cell phone, i even had to get up to ask for a refill. 8/14/10 and never returning.
Unsatisfactory On 9/4/10 I had gone to this very location of the Applebees food chain. My wife and two kids came along for what was to be a family dinner and special treat for my us snice we dont go out a whole lot. What started out as a wonderful experiance (seated promptly and server was nice) suddenly changed when our food had come out to our table. Low fat options! As a healthy eater it is always a challenge for some chain restaurants to offer a low fat menu.... In the recent past however it seems that they have really tried to accomdate some pretty decent low fat options in their menu...
cold food really dirty!!! after eating at this location i cant say ill be going to any applebees anymore. its dirty (trash all over the ground and employees just standing around), people that work there are unprofessional and the food was less than appetizing. i ordered a cowboy burger and asiago chicken, fries looked like they were old. the chicken was dry. gross
Rude Rude Rude! managers are very rude, little short fat tan women was rude to us. told us that they were busy thats why our apptizers came out in 25mins. on top of that the chips were not cooked all the way. yuck wont be back anytime soon.
Booooooooooooo I will notbe going back to this applebees due to the poor treatment my family and i received on 7/5/10. Our host took us to our table which was not cleaned but instead cleaned in front of us. when we got our drinks our server just droped off our drinks and ran off to another table and didnt bother offering us any appetizers. when our server was done she took our orders and 33 mins later our cold food came out to us, fries looked like they were cooked 1hr ago,burger was dry and burnt.
