From the time I hit submit on my online order to the time Andrea and Andrew sent me a shipping notice was less than 45 minutes. One of the yarns I ordered wasn’t currently in stock. After speaking with Andrea on the phone, a different color was suggested. The order arrived 4 days later and the suggested yarn is even more stunning than what I originally ordered. Thank you for excellent customer service. Wish I lived close enough to visit your store and meet you both.
I shop on line from Cincinnati - exclusively for Ultra Pima for knockers. (My goal is to knit knockers from a skein of each color - have completed knockers from 23 skeins in 2017 and have just ordered 6 more!) The staff is delightful over the phone. I have introduced knockers to my knitting group at church, and will be holding a knockers knit-in at my hair salon on a Sunday afternoon next month. If I ever get to the west coast, I will add Apple Yarns to my vacation itinerary!
What a wonderful company that supports the knitted knockers organization by offering yarns at such a discount. Thank you for offering these discounts so women can access more of the breast prosthesis. Please support this company who does so much for other women.
Great customer service, fair prices and very fast shipping! I live in Northeast Ohio and was amazed how quickly I got both parts of my order. I ordered a couple Knitted Knockers kits. I also think it is great how closely the shop works with the organization.
