I was seen pretty quickly, I appreciate the New patient special they are doing right now, did not wait very long before being seen. I had all of my x-rays taken, a comprehensive evaluation done. Dr. Smith was kind and respectful, he shook my hand upon entering the room which goes a long way if your big on respect, being heard and seen. Very unprofessional. All the staff seems lost and confused most of the time. Overheard them talking about how the Office manager is being investigated by DPS and possibly getting her children taken away. Definitely not a clinic that I feel would be safe for my own kids or any kids
Been twice both times the front desk could not do there job very well. They create appointments then they can't find you in the system. Both times they said i was new patien , 1st time yes the second time they said same thing and it took the office manager to come educate the staff on how to find patient. Then they tell me their is no dentist to do the job I came in for . So they set appointments and then they don't have staff to do the job. Its a waste of time.
I wish I could give a higher rating, but Apple Valley Dental fell short on interaction and follow-through. The staff is friendly and the office/waiting room is really nice, but for me, that's where it ended. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning which went ok. The Hygienist had trouble taking routine X-rays and even trying to floss under my bridge ... she finally said .. "do you have a waterpik at home" , I said yes, then said "well, I'll let you treat it at home" ! First Hygienist I've had that couldn't perform the basic r... read more
Beautiful new office, very friendly staff and Dentist was great, said no judgements here (been a spell since seeing one due to covid) Also the Hygienist was sweet and gentle and the Office Mgr (didn't catch her name) was wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend
